YOGA (Primary and Pre-Primary Section)

Our Yoga activity helps to improve the memory function in both adults and children, a direct benefit of which would be a better academic performance in children. It also helps to improve children’s attention span and focus.The practice of various asanas on a regular basis leads to correction of posture, enhances flexibility and improves balance as it brings equilibrium to the whole body. Because of good health and balanced temperament, children are less likely to remain absent from school or pick fights with each other over small issues. Instead, they tend to engage more positively in school and develop healthy relationships with their teachers and peers.

Horser-Riding(Primary and Pre-Primary Section)

Dealing with horses helps children develop respect and discipline. It teaches children how to respect and care for another animal. Horse riding has been proven to help self-confidence; riders may gain an increase in self-esteem and self-image.

Music(Primary and Pre-Primary Section)

Dance(Primary and Pre-Primary Section)

 Our Dance activity Helps shedding shyness and boosts self-confidence. As a vibrant physical activity, fitness levels improve. Allows a child to express imaginatively and improves leadership qualities. Kids will learn how to move in a group and synchronize. They will also learn the value of teamwork to achieve goals. With these skills, kids will improve their socialization. When kids learn new choreography, they also learn how to move their bodies and express themselves.

Swimming For Pre-Primary Kids

Our Swimming activity simply want to introduce your child to the water. Play in the pool with them yourself, or having fun and getting comfortable in the water (instead of learning to swim). It can be a fun way to keep  kids active and healthy all year long. While most people know swimming is a great low-impact cardio exercise, it also provides a whole host of other health benefits, like improving strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and more.

Skating for Primary Section Students

Our Skating activity helps kids burn off extra energy, build strong muscles, and maintain a healthy weight. Skating is a great way to alleviate back-to-school stress, and it provides a welcome distraction from everyday worries.

Karate for Primary Section Students

Karate practice strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one’s mental capabilities, and more self-confidence. It strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, quickens reflexes, builds stamina and overall health.
